US Number of Total Arrests By Population Group for Prostitution And Commercialized Vice Offenses in 2023

According to the FBI UCR data, in 2023, there were 14,454 total arrests made in the US for prostitution and commercialized vice offenses. There were 12,898 total arrests made in All Cities; 1,461 total arrests made in Metropolitan Counties; 95 total arrests made in Nonmetropolitan Counties; and 2,438 total arrests made in Suburban Areas.

In terms of rate of arrests per 100K inhabitants, Group I - Cities had the highest (15.3), followed by Total Cities (6.5), and Group II - Cities (4.7).
