According to the FBI UCR data, in 2023, there were 1,374 adult arrests made in US metropolitan counties for drunkenness offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (1.23K), followed by Black or African American (103), and Asian (22).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 1,374 (100%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Hispanic or Latino (705), followed by Not Hispanic or Latino (669).
