According to the FBI UCR data, in 2023, there were 99 adult arrests made in US nonmetropolitan counties for drunkenness offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (88), followed by American Indian or Alaska Native (8), and Black or African American (2).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 99 (100%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (71), followed by Hispanic or Latino (28).
