According to the FBI UCR data, in 2023, there were 325 adult arrests made in US metropolitan counties for gambling offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (181), followed by Black or African American (91), and Asian (47).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 296 (91%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (202), followed by Hispanic or Latino (94).
