According to the FBI UCR data, in 2023, there were 1,516 adult arrests made in the US for gambling offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (798), followed by Black or African American (463), and Asian (236).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 1,514 (100%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (1.01K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (503).
