According to the FBI UCR data, in 2020, there were 1,118 adult arrests made in the US for gambling offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (742), followed by Black or African American (240), and Asian (121).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 1,062 (95%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (623), followed by Hispanic or Latino (439).
