According to the FBI UCR data, in 2020, there were 52 adult arrests made in US nonmetropolitan counties for gambling offenses.
By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (43), followed by Black or African American (5), and Asian (2).
By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 31 (60%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (18), followed by Hispanic or Latino (13).
