According to the FBI UCR data, in 2024, there were 70 adult arrests made in US nonmetropolitan counties for gambling offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (52), followed by Black or African American (10), and Asian (6).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 63 (90%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (56), followed by Hispanic or Latino (7).
