According to the FBI UCR data, in 2024, there were 57,027 total arrests made in US cities for fraud offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (33.19K), followed by Black or African American (21.67K), and Asian (1.12K).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 49,750 (87%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (40.68K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (9.07K).
