According to the FBI UCR data, in 2024, there were 427 total arrests made in US nonmetropolitan counties for arson offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (366), followed by Black or African American (38), and American Indian or Alaska Native (20).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 344 (81%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (312), followed by Hispanic or Latino (32).
