According to the FBI UCR data, in 2024, there were 12,000 juvenile arrests made in US suburban areas for violent crime offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (5.96K), followed by Black or African American (5.81K), and Asian (115).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 10,059 (84%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (7.98K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (2.08K).
