Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Pennsylvania was 1,222,435 and represented 9.98% of the total Pennsylvania citizen population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (629.15K), followed by Allegheny (155.04K), and Delaware (98.27K).

In terms of percentages, Philadelphia had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (44.54%), followed by Delaware (18.43%), and Dauphin (17.31%).
