Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for Washington was 3,176,965 and represented 52.14% of the total Washington citizen population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (1.20M), followed by Pierce (551.24K), and Snohomish (514.14K).

In terms of percentages, Lincoln had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (94.75%), followed by Wahkiakum (94.25%), and Asotin (93.55%).
