Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for Washington was 3,246,485 and represented 46.11% of the total Washington citizen population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (1.24M), followed by Pierce (586.44K), and Snohomish (541.84K).

In terms of percentages, Garfield had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (94.41%), followed by Lincoln (90.95%), and Asotin (90.67%).
