Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for Washington was 3,190,265 and represented 45.93% of the total Washington citizen population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (1.25M), followed by Pierce (582.06K), and Snohomish (544.37K).

In terms of percentages, Garfield had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (92.87%), followed by Lincoln (91.45%), and Asotin (91.34%).
