Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the citizen voting-age population for Colorado was 3,403,805 and represented 69.65% of the total Colorado population.

Among all Colorado counties, El Paso had the highest citizen voting-age population (421.68K), followed by Denver (392.63K), and Jefferson (391.51K).

In terms of percentages, San Juan had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (95.33%), followed by Mineral (92.65%), and Hinsdale (90.82%).
