Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the citizen voting-age population for Colorado was 4,194,480 and represented 73.29% of the total Colorado population.

Among all Colorado counties, El Paso had the highest citizen voting-age population (530.42K), followed by Denver (519.92K), and Arapahoe (451.97K).

In terms of percentages, Hinsdale had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (88.37%), followed by Dolores (87.12%), and Mineral (86.16%).
