Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the citizen voting-age population for Colorado was 4,355,173 and represented 74.29% of the total Colorado population.

Among all Colorado counties, El Paso had the highest citizen voting-age population (550.47K), followed by Denver (537.96K), and Arapahoe (462.32K).

In terms of percentages, Mineral had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (88.45%), followed by Crowley (85.85%), and Ouray (85.57%).
