Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the citizen voting-age population for Connecticut was 2,493,095 and represented 70.31% of the total Connecticut population.

Among all Connecticut counties, Hartford had the highest citizen voting-age population (626.65K), followed by New Haven (613.71K), and Fairfield (582.17K).

In terms of percentages, Tolland had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (76.36%), followed by Litchfield (75.23%), and Middlesex (74.85%).
