Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the citizen voting-age population for Connecticut was 2,615,815 and represented 73.26% of the total Connecticut population.

Among all Connecticut counties, Hartford had the highest citizen voting-age population (653.39K), followed by Fairfield (637.52K), and New Haven (636.22K).

In terms of percentages, Middlesex had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (79.46%), followed by Tolland (79.32%), and Litchfield (78.86%).
