Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the citizen voting-age population for Urban Honolulu CDP, Hawaii was 233.96K. The Non-Hispanic Asian Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (131.37K) and constituted 56.15% of the total.
