Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the citizen voting-age population for Urban Honolulu CDP, Hawaii was 240.26K. The Non-Hispanic Asian Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (129.04K) and constituted 53.71% of the total.
