Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Colorado was 40,840 and represented 1.20% of the total Colorado citizen voting-age population.

Among all Colorado counties, Denver had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (76.17K), followed by Adams (63.10K), and El Paso (43.89K).

In terms of percentages, Costilla had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (56.24%), followed by Conejos (52.66%), and Alamosa (37.88%).
