Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Colorado was 102,630 and represented 2.38% of the total Colorado citizen voting-age population.

Among all Colorado counties, Adams had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (110.53K), followed by Denver (109.44K), and El Paso (79.68K).

In terms of percentages, Costilla had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (52.45%), followed by Conejos (51.09%), and Alamosa (42.48%).
