Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Colorado was 81,915 and represented 1.95% of the total Colorado citizen voting-age population.

Among all Colorado counties, Denver had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (110.90K), followed by Adams (104.02K), and El Paso (75.15K).

In terms of percentages, Costilla had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (54.83%), followed by Conejos (53.36%), and Alamosa (42.28%).
