Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Alabama was 875,795 and represented 25.16% of the total Alabama citizen voting-age population.

Among all Alabama counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (195.99K), followed by Mobile (96.76K), and Montgomery (86.72K).

In terms of percentages, Macon had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (82.10%), followed by Greene (78.20%), and Bullock (72.12%).
