Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Arkansas was 875,795 and represented 41.90% of the total Arkansas citizen voting-age population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (89.54K), followed by Jefferson (29.85K), and Crittenden (16.32K).

In terms of percentages, Phillips had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (58.33%), followed by Lee (52.72%), and Chicot (52.33%).
