Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Arkansas was 972,205 and represented 43.80% of the total Arkansas citizen voting-age population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (105.27K), followed by Jefferson (28.79K), and Crittenden (16.11K).

In terms of percentages, Phillips had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (60.69%), followed by Jefferson (54.64%), and Lee (54.05%).
