Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Arkansas was 1,290,900 and represented 44.30% of the total Arkansas citizen population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (144.96K), followed by Jefferson (37.98K), and Crittenden (23.43K).

In terms of percentages, Phillips had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (63.47%), followed by Jefferson (56.19%), and Lee (56.15%).
