Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Arkansas was 1,311,185 and represented 44.75% of the total Arkansas citizen population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (146.69K), followed by Jefferson (37.06K), and Crittenden (24.09K).

In terms of percentages, Phillips had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (62.15%), followed by Jefferson (57.02%), and St. Francis (55.74%).
