Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Arkansas was 1,317,960 and represented 45.12% of the total Arkansas citizen population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (148.49K), followed by Jefferson (37.55K), and Crittenden (24.05K).

In terms of percentages, Phillips had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (62.39%), followed by Jefferson (56.60%), and Lee (55.72%).
