Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Arkansas was 990,635 and represented 44.79% of the total Arkansas citizen voting-age population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (107.40K), followed by Jefferson (29.17K), and Crittenden (16.43K).

In terms of percentages, Phillips had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (60.93%), followed by Jefferson (55.30%), and Lee (53.50%).
