Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for California was 875,795 and represented 3.92% of the total California citizen voting-age population.

Among all California counties, Los Angeles had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (609.83K), followed by Alameda (136.83K), and San Bernardino (115.69K).

In terms of percentages, Solano had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (16.10%), followed by Alameda (14.60%), and Los Angeles (11.03%).
