Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for California was 990,635 and represented 3.82% of the total California citizen voting-age population.

Among all California counties, Los Angeles had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (613.09K), followed by Alameda (130.41K), and San Bernardino (125.69K).

In terms of percentages, Solano had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (15.24%), followed by Alameda (11.85%), and Lassen (10.46%).
