Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for New York was 875,795 and represented 6.73% of the total New York citizen voting-age population.

Among all New York counties, Kings had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (501.52K), followed by Queens (261.88K), and Bronx (256.78K).

In terms of percentages, Bronx had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (33.58%), followed by Kings (33.57%), and Queens (20.43%).
