Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for New York was 990,635 and represented 6.99% of the total New York citizen voting-age population.

Among all New York counties, Kings had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (556.70K), followed by Queens (304.60K), and Bronx (283.23K).

In terms of percentages, Bronx had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (31.96%), followed by Kings (31.78%), and Queens (20.67%).
