Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for New York was 972,205 and represented 7.06% of the total New York citizen voting-age population.

Among all New York counties, Kings had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (533.04K), followed by Queens (289.48K), and Bronx (276.47K).

In terms of percentages, Bronx had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (32.27%), followed by Kings (32.07%), and Queens (20.68%).
