Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Ohio was 875,795 and represented 10.25% of the total Ohio citizen voting-age population.

Among all Ohio counties, Cuyahoga had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (266.24K), followed by Franklin (149.41K), and Hamilton (138.78K).

In terms of percentages, Cuyahoga had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (27.77%), followed by Hamilton (23.47%), and Montgomery (19.44%).
