Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Ohio was 998,375 and represented 11.16% of the total Ohio citizen voting-age population.

Among all Ohio counties, Cuyahoga had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (271.45K), followed by Franklin (196.44K), and Hamilton (149.00K).

In terms of percentages, Cuyahoga had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (28.05%), followed by Hamilton (24.17%), and Franklin (20.82%).
