Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Pennsylvania was 2,494,380 and represented 26.33% of the total Pennsylvania citizen voting-age population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Allegheny had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (806.92K), followed by Montgomery (490.97K), and Philadelphia (466.84K).

In terms of percentages, Cameron had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (99.03%), followed by Elk (98.80%), and Armstrong (98.43%).
