Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Pennsylvania was 2,558,830 and represented 26.17% of the total Pennsylvania citizen voting-age population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Allegheny had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (791.80K), followed by Montgomery (496.88K), and Philadelphia (452.21K).

In terms of percentages, Armstrong had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (97.82%), followed by Warren (97.77%), and Elk (97.65%).
