Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Pennsylvania was 2,600,675 and represented 26.29% of the total Pennsylvania citizen voting-age population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Allegheny had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (805.29K), followed by Montgomery (506.86K), and Philadelphia (452.09K).

In terms of percentages, Elk had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (97.91%), followed by Armstrong (97.69%), and Jefferson (97.62%).
