Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for Pennsylvania was 3,190,265 and represented 25.76% of the total Pennsylvania citizen population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Allegheny had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (945.36K), followed by Montgomery (616.64K), and Philadelphia (521.89K).

In terms of percentages, Elk had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (97.55%), followed by Armstrong (97.23%), and Jefferson (97.22%).
