Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for Pennsylvania was 3,247,938 and represented 25.84% of the total Pennsylvania citizen population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Allegheny had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (941.72K), followed by Montgomery (624.31K), and Bucks (520.74K).

In terms of percentages, Jefferson had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (97.17%), followed by Elk (97.04%), and Bedford (96.88%).
