Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Pennsylvania was 1,234,325 and represented 10.04% of the total Pennsylvania citizen population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (627.78K), followed by Allegheny (155.73K), and Delaware (99.67K).

In terms of percentages, Philadelphia had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (44.13%), followed by Delaware (18.66%), and Dauphin (17.43%).
