Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for Washington was 3,183,505 and represented 51.53% of the total Washington citizen population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (1.21M), followed by Pierce (552.84K), and Snohomish (516.42K).

In terms of percentages, Lincoln had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (94.75%), followed by Wahkiakum (93.27%), and Asotin (93.24%).
