Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the citizen voting-age population for Colorado was 3,471,375 and represented 69.90% of the total Colorado population.

Among all Colorado counties, El Paso had the highest citizen voting-age population (431.91K), followed by Denver (402.42K), and Jefferson (396.83K).

In terms of percentages, Mineral had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (92.41%), followed by Hinsdale (89.04%), and San Juan (87.50%).
