Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Colorado was 45,110 and represented 1.30% of the total Colorado citizen voting-age population.

Among all Colorado counties, Denver had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (79.09K), followed by Adams (66.36K), and El Paso (46.28K).

In terms of percentages, Costilla had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (54.76%), followed by Conejos (53.04%), and Alamosa (38.22%).
