Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Arkansas was 889,640 and represented 42.18% of the total Arkansas citizen voting-age population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (91.17K), followed by Jefferson (30.36K), and Crittenden (16.67K).

In terms of percentages, Phillips had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (58.66%), followed by Lee (54.21%), and Chicot (53.30%).
