Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for California was 889,640 and represented 3.92% of the total California citizen voting-age population.

Among all California counties, Los Angeles had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (607.50K), followed by Alameda (137.74K), and San Bernardino (116.16K).

In terms of percentages, Solano had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (16.04%), followed by Alameda (14.49%), and Los Angeles (10.83%).
